Abstract
PT. Jaya Satria Metalindo is a company engaged in the automotive industry. One of the problems that occur in PT. Jaya Satria Metalindo is a high level of employee turnover. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and then analyzing the effect of workload, work environment, job satisfaction on employee turnover intention at PT. Jaya Satria Metalindo. Interviews, observations, and questionnaires are data collection methods used in this study. Questionnaires distributed to 36 respondents with the sampling technique carried out is accidental sampling. Data processing carried out for this study was using the Partial Least Square method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that workload has a direct negative and significant impact on job satisfaction, workload indirectly affects turnover intention through job satisfaction. work environment has a direct positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has an indirect effect on turnover intention through job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a direct negative and significant effect on turnover intention.
