Partial Least Square method is categorized as "soft modelling" or free distribution, hence regression coefficient standard errors can be obtained by using non parametric prediction method. The prediction can be realized by using jackknife and bootstrap method. The purpose of this paper is to calculate regression coeficient standard errors, generated by both jackknife and bootstrap method. The result are used to obtain confidence interval. The method which produce narrower confidence interval is considered to be better.
