Human Resources is one important asset in companies other than capital, then the human resources must be managed properly. HR as an asset of company certainly has a risk in its efforts to advance and achieve the company's goals. It is not impossible if the human resources owned by the company had an accident, either a light accident or a serious accident. Therefore, it is necessary to apply OSH program to reduce the risk and increase the sense of security for employees. PT.ALEXINDO is one of the companies that have implemented OSH program, but still don't have special division to handle OSH. As result of OSH program operation has not been optimal, it can be seen from there are still employees who do not use PPE and there is material handling which less ergonomic and dangerous work way for employees. Therefore, research is done to see the employees' assessment of the OSH program in the company and its satisfaction. Then what things should the company do to increase employee satisfaction of OSH program optimally. This study uses the method of Importance Performance Analysis to see employees' appraisal of company's OHS program and use Employee Satisfaction Index to perform employee satisfaction calculation on each element of OSH. Then use Response Surface Methodolgy to estimate the performance conditions that must be given by the company to achieve optimal employee satisfaction. Based on the research result, it is found that PT.ALEXINDO must conduct routine emergency handling routine training every 1,5 years, adopt seiton from 5S system, using automatic pulley for metal lifting section in dieshop division, adding PPE preparations according to the number of factory employees and office employees who often go to factory areas, tighten the monitoring system visual and written, and make improvements to equipment that is less ergonomic and/or broken. |
