Abstract
Direct Borohydride / Peroxide Fuel Cell (DBPFC) is a fuel cell with its resource in the liquid form. Sodium borohydride (NaBH
4 ) and hydrogen peroxide (H2) is an energy source of DBPFC. In its development, there are factors that can improve
the DBPFC’s power. One of them is the flow channel design which is one of the components in DBPFC. The DBPFC flow channels that use in this research are triple serpentine, wide serpentine, and interdigitated flow channel. Research has
been carried out experimentally by flowing a sodium borohydride and hydrogen peroxide resources with various flow rates of 10, 20, 30 and 40 ml / min in each
flow channel. The experiment shows the highest power generated by DBPFC is 0,349 W/cm2 by flowing the fuel at 40 ml/min flow rate using triple serpentine flow channel design.
