This research is designed to identify the impact of corporate social responsibility program towards corporate image and considering moderation role of corporate web site on PT Pertamina (persero). Based on literature review used in this research, two conceptual hypotheses were developed and derived from the research framework. The population of this research is society members in Jakarta area who knows about some information regarding Pertamina’s corporate social responsibility program through corporate website chanel. The sampling technique used for this research is purposive sampling. This research determine a sampel with members of 150 persons. Majority of the responders agreed that all indicators of corporate social responsibility, corporate website, and corporate image were perceived positive (MS = 3,41-4,20). The dominant perception about Pertamina’s corporate social responsibility is Pertamina tidak pernah terdengar melakukan diskriminasi dalam merekrut pegawai (MS = 4.03). The dominant perception about Pertamina’s corporate website is informasi yang disampaikan oleh Pertamina melalui media corporate website dapat direspon dengan mudah (MS = 4.05). The dominant perception about Pertamina’s corporate image is Pertamina adalah perusahaan yang mengikuti perkembangan teknologi dan Pertamina adalah perusahaan yang sukses (MS = 3.99). The research shows that corporate social responsibility has significant impact on corporate image. And that corporate web site has significant moderation role on the impact of corporate social responsibility towards corporate image. |
