Abstract
This research aims to discover the condition of work passion, work engagement, job satisfaction and turnover intention of the millennial workforces of Belant Persada Ltd. In this research, work engagement and job satisfaction were tested as mediation variables for the direct effect of work passion to turnover intention. The population was 58 employees of Belant Persada Ltd which was born after 1980. The data was collected by
using questionnaire method and was processed by the path analysis multiple mediation through bootstrap approach of macro process SPSS by Andrew F Hayes and Kristopher J Preacher. According to the result, it was found that work passion did not give significant impact to turnover intention. In the indirect effect test, job satisfaction was successfully mediating the work passion and turnover intention.
