Abstract
This research is intended to get an overview of the implementation of a social policy, so this research is descriptive qualitative. With a qualitative approach, it is expected to obtain research results that can describe comprehensively about the factors that are important for the improvement of the quality of the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility/Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) in the future. The objectives to be achieved contribute ideas to the Government in the framework of the supervisory function related to the mandate of Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies (PT), to further regulate the implementation of CSR/TJSP and TJSL, set strict sanctions for companies that do not implementing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Environmental Social Responsibility (TJSL) in Indonesia. The research used in the preparation of this thesis is a normative juridical approach method which is an approach method that looks at normative matters both about legal theories, legal concepts and legal principles contained in the legislation that apply. The research was conducted with parties involved in CSR/TJSP and TJSL issues as stipulated in Law No. 40 Year 2007 Concerning Limited Liability Companies that set strict sanctions for companies that do not implement CSR/TJSP and TJSL.
