Abstract
Kanmo Retail Group is a business group that focus on the retail fashion who actively arrange various training for their employees. Commonly retail industry has higher turnover ratio compare to other industry. High turnover is caused by lack of organization commitment within employees that come from lack of job satisfaction. Meanwhile, people will satisfy toward their job when they have competency and can do the job appropriately. In this part learning will have significant contribution to develop employee competencies. The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of training effectivenss toward organizational commitment either direct or indirect with job satisfaction as the intervening variable within Kanmo’s employees. This research is using structural equation modelling (SEM) method and analyzed with LISREL application version 8.80. This research result shows that training effectiveness has the positive and significant influence toward organizational commitment directly & indirectly with job satisfaction as intervening variable in Kanmo Retail Group.
