Employees’ performance in a company can be influenced by many factors. Factors that are often considered to have major influences are the leadership style that is used by their leaders at work, motivation and job satisfaction. The style used by a leader is related to the way they make employees feel comfortable and having the good relations between leaders and followers. Motivation is something that drives employees to do something. In this case, by knowing employees’ motivation will be very important to encourage the employees to produce their best performance. Furthermore, employees job satisfaction also impact their performance. The more employees feel satisfy with their job, they will show the greater performance. This study has the objective to determine whether or not leadership style, motivation and job satisfaction are having an influence on the performance of employees at HSBC Inbound Contact Center Indonesia. This research is a quantitative research using survey method by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. Questionnaires were distributed contain statements relating to leadership style, motivation and job satisfaction as well as on employee performance. Results from this study showed that (1) The leadership style of a leader influence on the performance of employees at HSBC Inbound Contact Center Indonesia, (2) motivation affect the performance of employees at HSBC Contact Center Indonesia, (3) Job satisfaction does not affect the performance of employees at HSBC Contact Center Indonesia, (4) overall, variable style of leadership, motivation and job satisfaction affect the performance of employees at HSBC Indonesia Inbound Contact Center. |
