Employees’ performance in a company can be influenced by many factors. Factors that are often considered to have major influences are the leadership style that is used by their leaders at work, motivation and job satisfaction. Motivation is something that drives employees to do something. In this case, by knowing employees’ motivation will be very important to increase their work satisfaction level when they did their job or assignments. Thus, the organizational culture of the organization will increase employees’ satisfaction too in doing their job. Furthermore, by knowing both employees’ motivation and the organizational culture in the organization will help the employees to increase their job satisfaction. This study has the objective to determine whether or not motivation and organization culture impact on the job satisfaction of the employees in the A2 Architect Jakarta. This research is a quantitative research using survey method by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. Questionnaires were distributed contain statements relating to motivation variable, organizational variable and job satisfaction variable. The method of analysis to be used in this research is Y = F (X1 X2) ??Y = a + ß1X1 + ß 2X2, where Y is the dependent variable and X is the independent variable. This method of analysis is a multiple linear regression. Results from this study shows that (1) Motivation positively impact the job satisfaction of the employees in A2 Architect Jakarta, (2) Organization culture also influences employees’ job satisfaction in A2 Architect Jakarta (3) Both Motivation and Organization culture are having influence toward satisfaction for employees in the A2 Architect Jakarta |
