The rapid growth of Islamic banking and finance has gained momentum during the last decade and stole the attention all banking and finance sectors around the world, especially in the areas of sukuk and securitization. This article aims to discuss sukuk, also known as sharî'ah bond. It will discuss the difference between Sukuk, on the one hand and conventional bond and ordinary bond, on the other, This article stresses the tradability of sukuk in the Islamic capital market.
