Isi artikelHaving a great organization strategy as the result of strategy formulation is not always explain strategy execution will be well conducted. Strategy at organization level needs to execute properly in department/functional unit within organization. With regards to this purpose, organization needs a systematical and systematical method can cascade organization strategy into department level down to individual level. The aim of this research is to study the strategy execution method particularly in formal education in formal education institution. The findings of this research show that strategy at organization level can be cascade to department/functional level within organization in measurable way. Based on individual role and responsibility, strategic objectives in department level can be cascade to be individual objective and measurable in individual scorecard. In this case, performance management can be implemented within organization.
