Ergonomics is the science, technology and art that seeks good fit of tools, ways and working environment of the ability, skill and human constraints to the realization of conditions of a healthy work environment, safe, comfortable and efficient, productivity attaining the highest possible. If the tool does not match/match human ability wearer and in a way that does not work also in line with the rules of an ergonomic, will certainly cause new problems, especially with the health conditions in the future, which in turn will interfere with work productivity. With the attitude of farmers who work forward may cause pain/pain in the waist, down, back, shoulders, arms, hands, knees and ankles. Initial solution can be given is to break off a few times then the complaint can be reduced fatique.
