Alfa Maarunda Logistic Base (AMLB). In testing the variables, researchers use PT. Alfa Maarunda Logistic Base (AMLB) as the object of research. The research was conducted by using survey method by distributing questionnaires to 109 respondents who were employees in staff level working at PT Alfa Marunda Logistic Base (AMLB). Sample method used is probability sampling with simple random sampling technique. The result of the research shows that there is influence of subordinate employee's communication to PT Alfa Maarunda Logistic Base (AMLB) performance and the influence of awareness of K3 practice to employee's performance in PT Alfa Maarunda Logistic Base (AMLB). In addition, there is the influence of subordinate employee communication and awareness of K3 practice collectively to the employee performance in PT Alfa Maarunda Logistic Base (AMLB).
