Abstract
This research is motivated to problems on the number of complaints related to salaries of employees who do not fit, lack of welfare for employees resulting in the lack of motivation for employees that resulted in a lack of discipline in work also often refuse orders from superiors which is expected to affect the performance of employees at PT Jaly Indonesia Utama. In this study, using quantitative and qualitative methods in which a sample consisting of 80 employees were taken by accidental sampling instrument data is a questionnaire to capture the Organization climatic variables, commitment and motivation and assessment of employees' performance. For qualitative instruments as secondary data used periodic performance assessment results. For quantitative instruments, the collected data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, correlation and regression analysis technique simple and double that use both methods are used to explain or describe the results obtained to answer the formulation problems. Results of the test results obtained figures of multiple linear correlation (R) is 0.820 which shows that the climate Organizations, Organizational Commitment and Motivation Working together has a very strong influence (0.80 to 1.00) on the performance of employees with numbers R squere Adjusted (coefficient) is 0.660. Results of regression test between variable work motivation on employee performance which resulted in the coefficient of determination (R square) = 0.671 which shows that the contribution of variable work motivation on employee performance variables by 67.1%. It can be seen from the size of the assessment of employees who have an average scoring rate above 70 or valuable enough and good
