Organization Culture either independently or jointly On Job Performance of Employee at PT. SEM. In order to test these variables, the researcher used the transformational leadership style with four (4) character that is idealized influence/ charisma, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration; organizational culture based on research results of Denison (1990), has four (4) dimensions: involvement, Consistency, Adaptability, and Mission; and job performance according Furtwengler (2002), has the following indicators: speed, quality of work, consistency in values, have interpersonal skills, mentally to succeed, open to change, creativity, communication skills, initiative, and work accordingly planning. The survey method was conducted by Interview and distributing the questionnaires to 78 employee in PT. SEM. The sampling method used in this study is non probability sampling with purposive technique. Regression analysis was used to explain the influence of the variables tested in this study. The results indicate that leadership in independent test had significantly positive influence to job performance in PT. SEM with value of Fhitung = 17,468, thitung = 4,179, and P-value (Sig.) = 0,000 < 0,05; that is organization culture in independent test had significantly positive influence to job performance in PT. SEM with value of Fhitung = 24,940, thitung = 4,994, P-value (Sig.) = 0,000 < 0,05; and leadership & organization culture together had significantly positive influence to job performance in PT. SEM with value of Fhitung = 12,601, and P-value (Sig.) = 0,000 < 0,05. |
