This study aims to prove whether there is influence motivation, job satisfaction and training that can affect employee performance at PT. XYZ, and which role is most influential to the performance of PT XYZ employees. This research is done because the absence rate that happened at PT XYZ has been a problem for the last few years. In this study using 3 variables influence motivation, job satisfaction and training obtained from free survey to employees of PT XYZ to find out what problems can make absenteeism at PT XYZ becomes very high. Then from the 3 variables are tested again with the questionnaire that has been made with statements related to the influence of motivation, job satisfaction and training based on the theory that has been collected. The author distributed questionnaires through questionnaires to all employees of PT. XYZ as many as 103 employees. This study was analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed: 1. In the motivation variable the level of significance is 0.003, indicating this is smaller than a = 0.05, thus showing that there is influence on employee performance of PT XYZ. 2. On job satisfaction variable level of significance is 0.015, this shows smaller than a = 0.05, thus showing that there is influence on employee performance of PT XYZ. And 3. At the training variable the significance level is 0.006 for the working environment variable. This level of significance is smaller than a = 0.05, so it shows that there is an effect on the performance of employees of PT XYZ. Due to motivation influence variable, job satisfaction and training have an effect on to employee performance of PT XYZ, in Jakarta, then these three variables must become the attention by management and human resources department of PT XYZ. |
