Purpose: To obtain the demographic and figure of depression, anxiety, stress and quality of life on caregivers of patients with schizophrenia in Dr. Soeharto Heerdjan Hospital. Methods: This cross-sectional research was done on 96 outpatient caregivers of patients in Dr. Soeharto Heerdjan Hospital from August to November 2017. Measuring instruments used are demographic questionnaire, Depression Anxiety Stress Scale and WHO Quality of life-Bref. Analysis of this data is univariate. Results: There were 96 caregivers of patients with schizophrenia in this research with age ranging from <25 years old until >45 years old, often found 72.91% females, 35.41% with age >45 years old, 47.91% with high school education level, 77.08% married, 57.29% with decent economic status, and 35.41% were parents of patients. There were 21.87% respondents with depression, 31.25% respondents with anxiety and 27.08% with stress. There were 73.96% caregivers of patients with schizophrenia who have low quality of life.
