This study was conducted with the aim to find the conditions of Work-Family Conflict, Work Motivation, and Employee Satisfaction at female employees of PT Satyamitra Kemas Lestari who have been married. Also tested in this study are the influences of Work-Family Conflict variable and Work Motivation on Employee Satisfaction, whereby Work-Family Conflict and Work Motivation become the independent variables, and Employee Satisfaction was used as the dependent variable. The population of this research is female employees of PT Satyamitra Kemas Lestari who have family, which were divided into 2 parts, factory employees and administrative employees. The sample size is 129 employees, consisting of 65 factory employees and 64 administrative employees. Data were collected using questionnaires and calculated by using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 23.0 program. The results show that Family-to-Work Conflict has the greatest influence on Job Satisfaction for factory employee, while for administrative employees Family-to-Work Conflict and Intrinsic Motivation have the greatest influence to Job Satisfaction. |
