Hernia Inguinalis can be caused by various factors one of which is chronic cough. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between chronic cough and the incidence of inguinal hernia at Atma Jaya Hospital. The design of this study was observational analytics with cross-sectional design with medical record data from Atma Jaya Hospital. The number of subjects of this study as many as 46 people who researched for 1 month. Bivariate analysis showed that there was no significant association between chronic cough and inguinal hernia (p = 0,665) at Atma Jaya Hospital.
