Abstract
This research aims to discover the condition of career maagement, job satisfaction, career satisfcation and turnover intention of the nurses at Atma Jaya Hospital. In this research, job satisfaction and career satisfaction were tested as mediation variables of career management to turnover intention. The population was 110 nurses at Atma Jaya Hospital. The data was collected by using questionnaire method and was processed by the path analysis multiple mediation through bootstrap approach of macro process SPSS by Andrew F Hayes and Kristopher J Preacher. According to the result, it was found that career management did not give significant impact to turnover intention. In the indirect effect test, job satisfaction and career satisfaction were successfully mediating the career management and turnover intention.
