The success of Organizations is defined by combining resources effectively and efficiently to implement their strategies. Human Resources Management looks after personnel records, company benefits, hiring and training employees, and examining an effective number qualified people work in organization. The objective of this paper is to discuss the Human Resources Management. The method used library research and analyzed descriptively. It is important to conclude that the Human Resources Management can be defined into two major term, (1) the Personal Management that relating to the functions include hiring and training employees and administering their benefits, (2) the Manpower Management that relating to the power furnished by human physical and intellectuals strength, the collective strength or availability for work of the people in any given area or organization. The major jobs of Manpower Management are to develop manpower requirement that expressed the relationship between the mission of organization and the number of people (man-hours) required to accomplish the work.
