The organis waste as leaves, stick, corncob are source of biomass that can be converted into charcoal and liquid smoke through pirolysis peocess. The charcoal can be processed further into bio briquette as the alternative energy and liquid smoke can whichbe utilized in the food industries, plantations and timber. The aim of this research is to analyzed the process of procucing bio briquette and liquid smoke simultaneously trough pyrolysis process of organis wastes at a temperature of 300degree C for 5 hours. This experiment was conducted by the Charcoal obtained mashed and mixed with a solution of 6% tapioca glue and molded into bio briquette and the smoke was then consdensed to liquid smoke, and finally it was separated from the tar by distillation process. The result indicated thet bio briquettes produced with raw material corncobs has qualified according to SNI 01-6235-2000 (for wood charcoal briquettes) as water and ash content below 8% and has heatin values above 5000 cal/gr
