Employing the Language Management Theory (LMT), this study exemplifies organised management and explores the various processes involved, such as the noting of students’ problems, and the design and implementation of adjust support programmes. The reiterative nature of the process and the involvement of multiple participants are two of the features indicative of the complex nature of the organised management system.
