In the recent Social Science & Medicine article entitled "War exposure, daily stressors, and mental health in conflict and post-conflict settings: Bridging the divide between trauma-focused and psychosocial frameworks" Miller and Rasmussen (2010) summarized research on mental health in conflict and post-conflict populations. In their paper they distinguish between they call trauma-focused research and the psychosocial model.
