Isi artikel
The results of a survey of 253 speech-language pathologists in the United States are presented. The survey was designed to provide information about the assessment practices of clinicians working with pre-school children, particularly with respect to language sample analysis. Information is presented on transcription and analysis practices as well as on problems encountered by clinicians in their use of language sample analysis. Some suggestions are made for how clinical language sampling procedures might be used more efficently.
