Isi artikel
Joseph Raz's aork in political philosophy is distinguished by, among other things, its forceful rejection of the claim that the state should be neutral among different ideals of the good life and its welcoming acceptance of the thesis of value pluralism-roughly, the idea that there exist a range of different and incompatible ways of living a good human life. In The Morality of Freedom Raz stressed that there is no necessary connection between these two ideas. Acceptance of value pluralism does not necessitate neutral political concern. There is, as he put it, a logical gap between pluralism adn neutrality.
