Isi artikelThe last five years, growth of radio companies has been very fast and has reached the number of 825 radio stations. The competition between the radio stations to gain listeners and advertisers is very heavy. As a result of this competition, management of the radio stations are more focused to reach the target of listeners and advertisers while the internal process performance of the company is often negleted. One of the steps that PRSSNI as a radio media organization has taken is to make a "Stndart of properness" to increase the performance of radio stations toward professianalism. The main problem in this study is to know how far the management communication of the radio stations can influence the human resources performance. Another question is, what are the aspects in the management communication that influenced attitude and the human resources performance on the radio stations. Management communication as main concept in this study includes the aspects: management concept, communication concept, teh relation between management and communication, system approach in the management communication and communication networking, radio communication management, and the human resources performance and attitude. This study analysis factors in the management of the radio company which can influence work mechanism. Communication management is independentvariable (X), human resources performance (Y) is dependent variable. Proportionate stratified random sampling is used to get the sample, The sample consisted of 56 radio stations. Results of the test of hypothesises showed that planning monitoring and evaluating and communication media to influence human resources performance, and then, human resources attitude as for cognitif, afectif and behavioral aspects were positif indicate. Further analysis through cross tabulation has shown criteria cluster of low, medium, and high to performance of RSS and human resources.
