World business development suggested pharmacy company to keep their best quality. Considering all medicine have the same special quality, one of most important section in pharmacy industry is Quality Control Department that have duty to maintain medicine quality by a Health Department standard. By reengineering, Quality Control Department make some new innovation in old process and change it with a better new process. The simulation process comparison between and old and new process is showing a significant time recovery and efficient in human source.
