This research aims at analyzing the impact of corporate governance implementation, company size, company age and leverage to the company performance in Indonesia. The proxy used to measure corporate governance implementation is CGPI (Corporate Governance Perception Index) which is published by IICG (Indonesia Institute of Corporate Governance) and the proxy used to measure the company size, the company age and leverage are the total of company's asset, the age of the company, debt to asset ratio and ROA (Return of Asset). The method adopted for this research is multiple regression. The company samples are taken from BEI (Bursa Efek Indonesia) and had already got CG implementation for 2002-2007 periods. The sampling technique is purposive sampling and the data are processed using SPSS version 16.0 with 5% significant values. The result of the hypothesis testing proves that there is no positive impact between CG implementation and the company performance. The positive impact also could not be found between the company size and the company performance. It is different from the two previous variables; the result of the hypothesis testing proves that there is positive impact between the company age and the company performance, while leverage variable affects negatively to the company performance.
