This study was conducted to determine whether there is a association of knowledge to adolescent menstrual practice. Methods : It was a cross sectional study. This study was conducted in August 2017 at Yaspen Tugu Ibu I Junior High School in Depok with all grade VII and VIII girl student which suitable in inclusion criteria (n=129). A questionnaire of menstrual knowledge and practice was utilised. Data were analyzed using Fisher Test with 95% of confidence intervals (a=0,05). Result : There were 122 (94.6%) respondents had good knowledge of menstruation and 127 (98.4%) respondents had good menstrual practice. Analyis of the data showed no association of knowledge to menstrual practice (p=0106), age to menstrual practice (p=0.505) and education to menstrual practice (p=0.512).
