This research is a "reading" toward a rhetoric using Bakhtin Language Theory about addressee and supper addressee. The aim of this research is to analyst how Soekarno construct his argumentation and deliver to the addressee and to the supper addressee in his rhetoric. Case to be choose in this research is Soekarno speech at 1 June 1945 in BPUPKI Plenary Session, in which the audience is come from some groups with different politics interests. This case is choose, as by this rhetoric, Soekarno succeeded in getting political aggregation and political agreement to implant The Pancasila Ideology as the state philosophy grounds of Indonesia. Result of this research pointed that to discuss with audience with different political view, Soekarno address his argumentation to the supper addressee, and to discuss with audience in same politicl view, Soekarno address his argumentation to the addressee
