In order to test service quality of a company, the factors effecting perception of the customer satisfaction need to be increased. The objective of this research is to identify factors that influencing the perceptions of customer satisfaction on busway transportation service users in Jakarta. The research method by examining conceptual framework with regression logistic bynari, model used as variables indicator which affect the perception is processed by using SPSS. The result of research showed that perception on construct of quality interaction, physical quality and result quality showed differences in customer satisfaction.
