Pregnancy is the proses of growth and development which expect the born baby with healthy physic and mental which the pregnancy process must be observed carefully. The objective of this research is to study the process of the baby born which it begins with the fertilization until the baby born is common called Ante Natal Care (ANC). The research based on cohort prospective at the health centre services in East Jakarta and Bekasi, Mother and Child Hermina Hospital Jatinegara and Bekasi. This research was made by monitoring the curve height fundus compared with pregnancy age for the standard of personal medics which worked in rural district to observe the normal fetoes growth, with involved 638 pregnant mothers. The results of this research can be used for the standard information of the pregnant mother's weight and healthy baby born which is useful for the implementation in especially rural district.
