Electric energy has evolved to be an important need for any comunity, both in urban and rural areas. the capacity found in the transmision channel strongly affects the quality being received. the capacity therefore needs to be compensated in order to reduce the inductive reaction on the channel. the electric energy stored within the static shunt capasitor can be utilized by reducing the voltage into some distributed one. in that manner, the energy can be benefited by the rural area passed by the transmission channel without having to build another station.
