The Availability of meduim and infrastructure of transportation often brings a number of impacts including on the land use. the interaction of land use and transportation cannot be resolved using a simple model alone. the problem presented in this paper is that how the differences in the inter zone transportation costs influences the number of resident and rheir activities.
