The purpose of this study is to understand the effect of the reward to the employee's performance. this research is an explanatory research with the individuals as analysis unit, and the samples are taken from PT. PLN (Persero) Region VII Manado Branch. The sampling is conducted based on the stratified random sampling. the data in this research are promary and secondary gathered using questionnaire after the efperiment. the analysis method used here is descriptive analysis and inferential statistic that consists of correlation analysis and simple linear regression analysis.
