An individual culture of Apocyclops sp has been conducted in order to know its feduncity. the cocepods were isolated from a brackish water pond in Manembo-nembo Bitung, North Sulawesi and cultured in labolatory condition in 20 ppt sterile sea water at 25 C. the copepod were fed on Nannochloropsis oculata with cell density of 15 x 10 cell/ml.
