Pityriasis versicolor is a superficial infection of the human stratum corneum which caused by a group of yeast formely named Malassezia. Pityriasis versicolor close related to personal hygiene. The aim of this study is to assess profile of elementary school students in Seribu Islands-DKI Jakarta Province with Pityriasis versicolor to know their personal hygiene. For this purpose, 130 students from two different island elementary student were diagnosed. The results show that: (1) the students from SDN Pulau Panggang 03 in Panggang Island with Pityriasis versicolor (30%) have two times compared to students from SDN Pulau Panggang 02 in Pramuka Island (15%), (2) Boys with Pityriasis versicolor (30%) are two time s compared to girls (15%).
