Isi artikelThe implementation of the project is a part of some activity or very complex works and were depend on one each other. The larger of the project scope,the larger is their complex mechanism and also there would be so many problems faced. Beginning from the Design such as the management of man power resources, cost, time, Equipment an so on, as well as how to, implement and how to control the project in good manner. The above matters will rise problems suchas delayed of project, failure of the Quality of stock pilingin, crease of cost (overhead),wastage of any resources and so on if it did not maintain well.The ability to use information methods, any facilities provided in order to choose and determine the level of success which had been stated before be an important requirements. (Ashworth Allan) PrimaveraSure Track 1.5 program which deserved for resources planning and controlling of small scale projects. The output of this program some of it were be as follow: Layout Time Schedule, Critical Path, Duration, Project Cost Report, allocation of resources as well as report of unit work pertime.(Sure Trak Project Manajer 1.5). Primavera Sure Track 1.5 program at the Design Stage could give;-results: Project Implementation time 139 that is May 10 2002 to October 16 2002 having construction cost in amount Rp. 555.706.063,40. At the stage of controlling it had be processed analysis on three (3) alternatives in order to resolve the Delay Problem of the project. The first alternative were proceeded by adding man power (labor), the second alternative by adding overtime 2(two) hours/day and the third alternative by increasing over time 4 (four)hours/day. As the result in couldbe concluded that the second alternative that is by adding over time 2 hours/day as the very appropriate action in order to resolve the problem of project delay.
