The study entitled 'A co-relational Study on Human Relation and Work Satisfaction at the Office of National Education Departement in Ambon' is, as explicitly stated in the title, co-relational in nature. The research was particularly intended to find out to what extent human relation correlates with work satisfaction. The data analysis indicated that at p=.05, the obtained r value (.727) was significantly higher than the tabled r value (.361). It could then be concluded that co-relation between the two variables was highly significant. This finding leads to the conclusion that conducive atmosphere should be created it work satisfaction on the part of the workers is to achieve.
