This bureau is at the heart of the organization which handles the recruitment of employees and the lecturer (educational staff) of XX University ranging from recruitment to retirement. Business process improvement in the field of educational services was aimed to increase profits in all aspects especially in costumers satisfaction aspects. The enhancement process was done to the recruitment process based on observation, section head/' supervisor interview and the result of BSDMs customer questionnaire on the service given to them. The method used is Lean Six Sigma with DbAAIC stage to approach. The suggestion given was to improve recruitment SOP with deadline of each process. Meanwhile a timetable recapitulation was provided to keep the improvements that have been made can be done continously. Improvement was also done to the work area specifically on the tidiness of goods, putting back the goods to the assigned area and employee of the month.
