Abstract
PT. Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia is a leading company of soft drinks industry. PT. Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia is a company engaged in the field of beverage (beverage). PT. Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia currently has problems in fulfilling its production targets, especially on Line 4 Hotfill-PET, the identification results it is related to the effectiveness of the machine or the machine not ideal that resulted in losses performance. To know the main obstacle or cause its measure with Overall Equipment Effectiveness. Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) is a metric that focuses on how effectively a production operation is run. OEE measurement is used as a key performance indicator of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) in lean manufacturing implementation to give success indicator. This OEE measurement is also directly related to the performance measurement of a machine. OEE measurements resulted was less satisfactory with an average of 49.34% (<85%). The results of the evaluation found that there was a problem with the Availability rate of 77.24% (<90%) and Performance rate with 63.63% (<95%), repair done by identifying the major losses using six big losses with the result of 3 major loss factors ie equipment failure losses (20.83%) representing losses from damage to machinery and equipment, idle and minor stoppage losses (28.65%) which are losses caused by temporary stop machines and reduced speed losses (35.03%) which are losses due to decreased speed machine so that the machine does not operate maximumly. The result shows that repair is required with autonomous maintenance method and supported with the concept of initial clean and inspect and fault finding sheets which aim to reduce breakdown time, keep machine condition optimally and minimize minor damage so it wont have massive impact in the future.
