Witel Jakarta Selatan is a unit organization of Telkom that execute the implementation of customer service operation, infrastructure/network/production equipment operation and interaction with stakeholder in its territory. Based on sales result in 2016, sales IndiHome did not reach company target. Therefore, performance measurement using sink’s seven performance criteria are performed to know if during the process of performance implementation there are a different between planning and actualization. Performance measurement using Sink’s Seven Performance Criteria method discuss and illustrate the relationship between seven criteria, there are effectiveness, efficiency, quality, productivity, quality of work life, innovation and profitability. Identify Key Result Area/ Objective and Key Performance Indicator were carried out to fit company requirement. KPI is weighted with Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and using Expert Choice software and then scorings system calculation with Objective Matrix (OMAX) and Traffic Light System.
