At the higher education level, motivated students generally have a high spirit in learning and in achieving. It has been shown in previous studies that lecturers are one of many factors that influence the motivation and success of student learning. This research was conducted to answer the question whether there is correlation of lecturer's behavior in teaching toward student's motivation in Faculty of Medicine Unika Atma Jaya Jakarta. Methodology: Research with correlative analytical study method using cross sectional research design was implemented during February-March 2017 at Faculty of Medicine Atma Jaya Catholic University. A total of 222 Unika Atma Jaya medical students academic years of 2014 and 2015 were asked to fill out a questionnaire that had been used in previous research. Result: There is a significant correlation on lecturer's behavior in teaching to student's learning motivation (p = 0.001). Conclusion: This study confirms that the better the behavior of lecturers in teaching, the higher the motivation to study students of Faculty of Medicine Unika Atma Jaya.
