The purpose of this research is knowing the information technology support performance, which are facility, acess and human resources that influence the use effectivity of BiNusMaya, so it has the right support of information technology to increase the lecturer performance and BiNusMaya student user. In this research, the information technology support, in this ase, facility, access and human resources is influence the human resources can explai 45.1 % effectivity variation. The research also show that the information technology support, especially the human resources has a good performance compare to facility and access.
