The research aim is to give a useful knowledge and suggestion for e - commerce businessman (especially in deciding the business strategy), the customer of internet user, also to potential customer, web developer, and to government. From the data processing, there are two result. First, between transaction security and trust, there is positive correlation which man there is correlation between transaction security and trsut. Second, the two variable, which are security and trust is influencing in the business success.
