Isi artikelComposition and strategy of help desk AHM system in a term of period is not always working parallel with time that followed by internal and external changes, especially if the system is in the high complexicity. System analysis using soft system methdodology is applied in helping to identify the system that connect with the main problem. The result from analysis in this research is having an opportunity to applied in this time, eventhough it is not closing the possibility that the system must be justified with the need in the future.
