As an archipelagic country, Indonesia has a wider waters territorial than its land area. The National Logistics Development Plan is an issue that has always been discussed and to improve effectiveness of sea connectivity government plan a program called “Sea Toll”. This program is believed to make the delivery of goods from west to east Indonesia become more effective. From the movement of container vessel in Indonesia we could tell the process of delivering goods this time still use port to port system, while viewed from the liner companies they are 80% of them have been using Hub and Spoke system. In this study, we will find the location of domestic hub port that will be assigned to serve the delivery of containers from west to eastern Indonesia. This study applies the Linear Integer Programming in determining the most optimum domestic hub port with the collected data. This study uses a total of 37 ports in Indonesia consisting of 2 Ports of Origin, 12 ports that become Hub candidates, and 23 Port of Destination located in Eastern Indonesia. Based on the used mathematical model, we could found the most minimum cost of all container distribution system. The results of data processing with several scenarios indicate that the optimum domestic hub port for eastern Indonesia is Banjarmasin port with total cost Rp 857.766.700.692, - |
