Isi artikelPandeglang district contain of several sub district areas. Labuan and sumur sub districts are including in the District of Padeglang. In these areas are categoriezed as endemic areas of Malaria. Malaria is a vector borne diseases, it was influenced by three primary factor; Human, Parasites and environment. The aim of the study was to assess potential habitat of anopheles vagues larvae in Labuan and Sumur sub district of the Pandeglang District, banten Province. The method of the survey was collecting larva with standarad detention of WHO and observation of breeding places of mosquito habitats. The collecting of larva was identified from rearing adult mosquitoes. The habitats of survey was included rice fields, wallow, puddle, excavated wells and dug sand pits, the shores of the moat, irrigation and river estuaries. Teh result of survey was presenting in which mosquito breeding places in sub-district had differences. Conclusion of the observation An vagus was found on the rce field, excavated wells, wallow, and buffalo puddle in Sumur Sub district. Almost of all the habitats is potential as breeding places of Anopheles species which can be malaria vector.
